Glasgow-based music writer, specialising in electronic music, queer perspectives and Scotland’s local scenes
I’ve been writing about independent music for more than half a decade, including bylines in The Guardian, The Skinny, GoldFlakePaint, Loud and Quiet, The Scotsman, The Quietus, CLASH, New Statesman and a handful of DIY zines. I’ve interviewed some personal heroes, like Flying Lotus, A.G. Cook and Beverly-Glenn Copeland. I also write album reviews, columns and essays.
I regularly write bios for artists, and have completed work for Ninja Tune, Secretly Canadian, Apple Music and Universal.
I’m always looking for new projects to be a part of, so do get in touch.
